Aditya Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training 2026:
200hrs YAP
What makes this 200hr Teacher Training so special…
My long teacher, Alessandra Pecorella is collaborating with me to bring her renowned and comprehensive Aditya Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance Professionals Certified) to Surrey. Alessandra is a rare breed of teacher; who’s 30yr knowledge and embodied experience as a living yogini, gives her a unique ability to connect students to the ancient roots of of yoga, whilst making it powerfully potent for modern life.
Our intention is for this training is be a rich exploration of the ancient pathways of yoga; understanding that the roots of our lineage are a critical foundation to establish, before passing this flame to students, in an integrated and embodied way.
We will ensure that students feel supported across all the areas they need to be skilled in, in order to enter the world as new yoga teachers.
Yes, we will cover philosophy, anatomy, physiology, subtle body, Ayurveda, asana, pranayama and vinyasa sequencing BUT critically all teachers will also be supported in: finding their confidence in teaching, holding space, sequencing and theming their own classes, as well as how to successfully launch their journey as yoga teachers in a rapidly evolving industry.
Join us for 10 weekends of deep vinyasa immersion, foundational teacher training, powerful connection & lots of yoga magic…
This training will not only going to give you a depth of yoga understanding that will enrich your practice, irrespective of your desire to become a teacher… …but for those who DO wish to teach, you can expect to leave this training empowered and inspired to create and teach intelligent, progressive vinyasa classes for all levels.

What our students say…
I completed the 200-hour Teacher Training (TT) with Jo and Alessandra, and it was a truly life-changing experience. Their depth of knowledge, from anatomy to philosophy, was delivered with clarity and precision, ensuring we always felt supported, safe and in capable hands.
What stood out most was the safe and nurturing environment they created. TT can be an intense journey, often bringing hidden emotions, hidden thoughts, uncertainties to the surface. Jo and Alessandra would always challenge us out of our comfort zones but always held space for us with compassion, guiding us through these challenges with patience and wisdom, while maintaining the highest technical standards to prepare us as confident, qualified teachers and yogis.
They are not only exceptional instructors but also inspiring mentors, encouraging us to grow as individuals while staying true to ourselves. I didn't embark on the journey with the purpose to teach others but the training has transformed how I see myself, my practice and the world around me. I became more in tune with my Self.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Jo and Alessandra to anyone considering the 200-hr TT. It is hard work but the reward is priceless and so worth the effort. Their unique combination of skill, knowledge and genuine care is unmatched and together, they truly lead you on a path of both professional growth and personal transformation. (Carol See)
I completed my 200hr vinyasa TT with Jo in 2023/24. Jo is the most fabulous yoga teacher and I’ve often practiced with her. She is warm, creative, expert and inclusive.. making people feel supported and empowered in her classes.
As a teacher of teachers, all her positive aspects were simply amplified. She is incredibly generous with her time and wisdom She manages the pace and volume of the learning brilliantly (there is a lot to absorb) and totally gets that different people are drawn to different aspects of learning the roots, discipline and art (and it is an art!) of vinyasa and gives everyone the space to play to their strengths and passions whilst becoming a balanced and rounded teacher able to focus on and support a class of yogis. (Danny Harmer Williams)
It wasn't until I qualified as a yoga teacher that I realised the variation that exists in YTT trainings, essentially in my opinion, there is other Vinyasa teacher training, and then there is Alessandra and Jo's Vinyasa training. This is the real deal and, in my opinion, the best possible foundation for any teacher who truly wants to deepen their understanding of the discipline. Alessandra's depth of knowledge and experience as a teacher of teachers is awe inspiring; this is a training for people who understand that yoga is far more than a physical practise.
I cannot recommend this YTT more highly, I am already envious of their next cohort. You will be inspired, challenged and held with such love. Jo and Alessandra's connection is so special and they complement each other so well. I laughed, I cried, I despaired at my stickmen and at my ability to ever stand in front of a class and teach. I learnt easily as much about myself as I did about teaching yoga, I made deep friendships and as a teacher who now loves standing in front of a class and holding space for others, am so grateful to them both.
