1-2-1 sessions are tailored to meet specific student needs and / or ailments. Having graduated from The Breathing Institute, I use a combination of ancient Tibetan practices and cutting edge, scientifically backed techniques that enable the simple power of the breath to bring positive change, in a fast and easy to access way. By making seemingly small and simple changes to the way we breathe, we can help alleviate a range of physical, mental and emotional ailments in a major way.
