As a mum juggling a high pressure marketing job with part-time yoga teaching, demanding family commitments and trying to maintain some semblance of a social life, reconnecting with the power of my breath and breath lead movement (vinyasa yoga) has been the key to keeping me sane, balanced and positive. It also became a crucial tool in winning my battles with cancer.

The benefits of yoga & breathwork have been truly transformative for me and I’m passionate about teaching, inspiring and sharing these with others in a way that pays homage to the teachers who have guided and helped me.

I am a devoted student of Alessandra Pecorella (senior teacher with Shiva Rea), having graduated 500hrs RYT with the Aditya Yoga School and certified with Yoga Alliance UK.

I am also a graduate of The Breathing Institute (Ben Wolff & The Shala).

Teaching a dynamic vinyasa flow style of yoga, that is rooted in and inspired by Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow, I am focused on providing a challenging but accessible experience for students, that begins and ends with the breath.

All classes, be it vinyasa yoga or breath coaching, are designed carefully around specific students’ needs, to ignite a level of positive change on a mental, physical and energetic level.

Vinyasa classes are creative, intelligent and progressive; coordinating movement with breath, as you flow from one pose to the next.

This moving meditation brings multiple physical and mental benefits: releasing toxins, burning calories and re-energising the body whilst simultaneously relaxing mental tension and releasing energy blockages from the body.

Expect to gain increased strength, flexibility and mental focus as well as feeling energised, calm and uplifted overall.

Breath Coaching:

1-2-1 sessions are tailored to meet specific student needs and / or ailments. Having graduated from The Breathing Institute, I use a combination of ancient Tibetan practices and cutting edge, scientifically backed techniques that enable the simple power of the breath to bring positive change, in a fast and easy to access way. By making seemingly small and simple changes to the way we breathe, we can help alleviate a range of physical, mental and emotional ailments in a major way. Put simply, you have the power to breathe yourself better.
